2011年北京国际图书博览会主宾国荷兰

荷兰是今年北京国际图书博览会的主宾国。超过30位荷兰的小说家、诗人、非虚构类文学作家、儿童文学作家、漫画家、设计师和音乐家将参加今年的书展。他们前往北京,与中国的读者和出版社见面,除此之外还会在图博会现场及北京的各个舞台上展示自己。

荷兰虽然是今年图博会的主宾国,但每次来到中国,都受到了热情的接待。在过去的几年中,大量的荷兰作品被译成中文。荷兰对中国及中国文学的关注程度不断扩大。我们今年之所以能够成为主宾国,和这些年来与中国慢慢累积下来的关系是密不可分的。通过频繁的接触让我们了解到在中国读者眼中,什么才是重要的、有价值的以及美丽的。

主宾国的项目丰富且多元,其中囊括了文学、视觉艺术、设计、建筑及漫画。重要项目之一所有作者的活动将在图博会荷兰馆的小会议厅举行。图博会期间还有一系列活动,如图书介绍会、讨论会、与学生的见面会、采访、演讲,都会在这个小会议厅里举行。中荷作者的见面会是这一系列活动的核心。受邀前往北京的所有荷兰作者近期都有作品被译成中文。

在图博会现场之外,荷兰作家也会献上精彩纷呈的节目。为此,我们在北京联系了一些专业但不失活泼气氛的舞台进行合作,分别是:国家大剧院、小书虫书店、三联书店、猜火车餐吧、清华大学和北京师范大学。9月1号到4号,生机勃勃的尤仑斯当代艺术中心将被装饰成阿姆斯特丹咖啡屋,作家们将在咖啡屋的舞台上展开一系列活动,讨论各种话题,例如好奇的重要性、初识荷兰、城市建设、建筑、摄影,还有以艺术作品为动机的文学创作。尤仑斯当代艺术中心里将充满浓浓的阿姆斯特丹咖啡屋的气息——不仅通过内部装饰,还有优美的音乐和震撼的Sonja van Hamel及其乐队上演的draw clips。关于图博会场内外的具体活动安排您可以参阅这份报纸。

和北京图书博览会同一时间,在荷兰的Manuscripta书展上我们也会举行一系列重要的文学活动,将目光聚焦于中国文学:中国作家受邀前往荷兰参加各项活动,北京书展上的一部分活动也会在荷兰进行现场直播。

在书展上震撼的荷兰展馆里将举行一系列让我们引以为豪的展览,其中包括文森特·梵高的书信展,整套书信都将被译成中文出版;迪克·布鲁纳(Dick Bruna)、菲尔普•韦斯滕多普(Fiep Westendorp)和马科斯•维尔索伊斯(Max Velthuijs)创作的荷兰儿童文学中的卡通形象。关于印刷术的发明,荷兰与中国有着长达数个世纪的争论,为此我们将举办展览”最美丽的书”。最后,我们还会献上一些小型展览,比如荷兰漫画家展,有关建筑、设计的书籍展,荷兰最传奇的外交官高罗佩展。高罗佩通晓汉语及中国文化,出版过许多关于中国历史及道德方面的作品,当然最著名的还是他的狄仁杰系列故事。

联合阿姆斯特丹国家博物馆,一本短篇故事集即将出版。受邀前往中国的22位荷兰作家,每个人就一副馆内收藏的荷兰十七世纪的名画,用自己独特的方式创作出了一个短小的故事。

主宾国荷兰在北京图博会上的标语是”开阔的风景,开阔的图书”。除此之外,我们还想再增加一条:”坦诚的对话”。通过图博会场内场外的各项活动,中荷作家相聚一堂,一起讨论作家和艺术家在社会上扮演的角色以及文学作品的意义。
